Ever been in the position where you have the perfect sound setup on two different amps, with two different effects chains, for two different songs?
Wish there was a way to switch between the two that doesn't involve having to tell jokes for a minute to keep your audience amused?
That's where the Fender ABY switch comes in handy!
Simply assign an amp to A and another to B with a standard instrument cable, and plug your guitar into the middle In/Out socket, then use the switches to change between them.
Want to use a single amp, but two different guitars without having to mess around with cables in a similar situation to the above scenario? This switch can do that too!
Simply reverse the roles and plug a guitar into each socket, with your amp plugged into the In/Out socket, and away you go! Just remember which guitar you have in your hands though, as selecting the wrong one on the footswitch could be embarassing...
