In 1962, the Jaguar was introduced as Fender’s top-of-the-line, premium offset instrument, and was advertised as a "faster, more comfortable guitar.", making it a near-instant hit with countless players the world over.
Fender 60th Anniversary Jaguar, Mystic Dakota Red Key Features
Vintage Inspired - this excellent guitar invokes the spirit of those first 1962 Jaguar models, and comes complete with a vintage-style Mystic Dakota Red finish and a matching headstock
Classic Design - an iconic offset-waist body and slinky 24" short scale construction are complimented by an elegant bound rosewood fingerboard with pearloid block position markers
Classic Jaguar Voice - a pair of 60th Anniversary Jaguar pickups combine with that famed Lead/Rhythm circuit to provide a host of inspiring tones, ranging from slashing rhythm sounds to round, warm leads
Reliable Hardware - rounding the design off nicely is a classic Jaguar tremolo system bridge with adjustable string mute, a set of "F" tuning machines, and an engraved neckplate with a 60th anniversary logo
Case Included - to keep this guitar safe when not in use it will ship with a hardshell case, which also features a 60th anniversary logo embroidered on its interior
