The Evans EQ4 Clear Bass Drum Head, 22" is a single-ply head made from 10mil film, the basis for kick drum expression. A clear finish promotes a more prominent attack, promoting the sound of the beater and helping the drum cut through denser mixes and great for loud environments.
The EQ4 has a 10mil internal dampening ring underneath the head too, controlling the sustain slightly and reducing unwanted frequencies. Enhancing the low end thud and reducing unwanted tones creates an open and warm kick drum sound that goes well with any shell.
With Level 360 Technology which produces easy tuning, confident holding-of-tune and an extended pitch range ideal for such a versatile head. Allowing for a 360 degree playing surface that resonates with the shell thanks to the vertically enhanced collar design, the head works with the shell instead of for it
The Collar on Evans heads are more of a square shape instead of the usual rounded edge, this allows for the head to sit a lot flatter on the baring edge of your drum shells

Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.

- Special/Custom Orders - Any order that is custom or has been personalised.
- Products with Hygiene Seals - Microphones, any in-ear earphones, monitors, orchestral instruments with mouthpieces and any other items that touch your mouth, nose or inner ear if you have broken the hygienic seal on the packaging.
- Software & Media - Any software or media that has been opened or registered via physical or digital means.
- Any product containing a valve, e.g valve amps are only covered for 90 days from purchase.
