The Evans 22” Resonant Black Bass Drumhead offers robust sustain and tone for a big, resonant sound. Provides a professional black aesthetic for your bass drum.
Unported Black Bass Reso
The reso black bass drumhead is constructed using a single ply of 10 mil film. It doesn’t have a control ring or vents and comes without a mic port. The result is a resonant head that offers maximum sustain and big tone for a wide-open sound.
The classic black aesthetic provides a professional appearance for the front of your bass drum.
If you want a big, open resonant bass drum sound, the Black Bass Reso is a great choice.
Available in sizes, 18", 20" and 22".
Level 360 Technology
As with all Evans drum heads, the Reso Black series features unique Level 360 Technology.
This technology means the rim of the drum head has a vertically enhanced collar which ensures balanced contact with the shell bearing edge. This results in a proper contact between the head and the shell, ensuring a consistent fit so that the head won't damage easily or lose tension. The drumhead rim also features a roll-over hoop designed to improve the strength and stability of the head without diminishing performance.
This technology ensures a more consistent head to shell contact that provides a wider range of tuning, better responsiveness and resonance, and a stronger, longer lasting head. What’s not to like?

Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
*Please note, we cannot accept returns of:
- Special/Custom Orders - Any order that is custom or has been personalised.
- Products with Hygiene Seals - Microphones, any in-ear earphones, monitors, orchestral instruments with mouthpieces and any other items that touch your mouth, nose or inner ear if you have broken the hygienic seal on the packaging.
- Software & Media - Any software or media that has been opened or registered via physical or digital means.
- Any product containing a valve, e.g valve amps are only covered for 90 days from purchase.
