ESP Black Metal Series - Black Metal series instruments from the ESP LTD lineup are comparable to the LTD Deluxe 1000 Series of instruments in terms of quality, but they're crafted with a design theme of all-black finish, components, and hardware for a Dark and Menacing aesthetic
Built To Perform - the body on this bass has been crafted from Mahogany, and features a classic single-cutaway design for easy access to the upper-register notes. In addition to this, the locking tuners and Tune-O-Matic bridge combine to ensure your guitar remains in tune, no matter how enthusiastically you play it
Fast-Playing Neck - set-in to the body is a 3-piece Mahogany neck, that sports an Extra Thin U profile shape, and which is capped with a Macassar Ebony fingerboard. Together, this neck and fingerboard combine perfectly with the shorter 24.75" scale length, and make for a super-slick playing experience
Single Pickup Design - for brutal tones and excellent dynamics this guitar has been equipped with a direct-mount Seymour Duncan Blackened Black Winter humbucker pickup. Despite it's aggressive voice, this pickup cleans up excellently, especially when combined with the Push/Pull coil split function situated in the Volume control pot
No-Nonsense Design - as with all entries into the Black Metal collection, this EC guitar features an all-black design, with Black hardware, pickup cover, and even a satin Black finish to the body and neck. No need to worry though, as this axe doesn't need to look flashy to stand out from the crowd
