LTD Arctic Metal Series
Guitar's from ESP's LTD Arctic Metal lineup are comparible in build quality to their LTD Deluxe "1000" series instruments, but with some key differences.
The key difference being that the aesthetics are - quite simply - shockingly white! Whilst the Black Metal series saw the release of all Black guitars )from the body and headstock, to the pickups), the Arctic Metal series can be seen as flipping the colour scheme to all white instead, with black hardware and black headstock binding...
In this case we also have a featureless Macassar Ebony fingerboard with no fret inlays - just glow-in-the-side side markers, for your eyes only.
Single Pickup Design
Adding a menacing voice to match the looks is a single EMG 81 humbucker, sitting at the guitar's bridge position.
This pickup is one of the most popular EMG's ever made, and has been used by some of metal's top players since the 1980s.
Featuring detailed intensity, incredible high end cut, and fluid sustain, this pickup can truly help your guitar to come alive.
As if that wasn't enough, there's also an EMG TKO killswitch, complimenting the single Volume control, for when you want to add a little extra "chop" to your playing.
