Comfortably Shaped
Designed with both comfort and speed in mind, the Eastcoast GP20 is perfectly shaped for a number of rehearsal situations.
Want to be stood up, headbanging in time with the music whilst you play? Not a problem, the body is weighted so that this is possible.
Prefer to sit down and learn songs from a book or sheet of music? Due to the body's ergonomic shape, this is also a possibility.
Versatile Pickups
A guitar's pickups are what helps to transfer the sound from your strings through to the amplifier, and so the type of pickup you have can greatly affect what your playing sounds like.
In the case of the Eastcoast GP20 we have two Humbuckers (dual magnet coil) pickups. Humbuckers are renowned for their thick, warm sound, and are perfect for heavier types of music.
Whilst they do sound great with overdrive or distortion effects, these pickups can also sound beautiful with a pure, clean tone, and are suited to both Rhythm and Lead guitar playing.
Unique Looks
Whilst the Eastcoast GP20 comes complete with just a Quilted Maple Print top (as opposed to a piece of genuine Quilted Maple, which is very expensive and usually only found on high-end guitar models), the characteristic Quilted Maple wood grain is still evident to see.
This wood grain is what gives the guitar finish that unique, wavy look, which is simply gorgeous with the Blue Burst paint-coating.
