After the immense success of the original Jerry Cantrell Cry Baby Wah, the team at Jim Dunlop have crafted an all new version with custom design and highly limited factory run of 500 pieces.

The sound of Alice In Chains

Since the late 80s, Jerry Cantrell’s guitar lines and epic riffs have been mesmerising music fans with their melancholy wah-drenched melodies. Instantly recognisable, his sound features a wider, darker response than that of regular wah pedals – something which Dunlop painstakingly recreated when creating his signature pedal.

This pedal has been custom voiced for a tighter, punchier and more aggressive heel-down tone and has the added functionality of a rugged side control knob which allows you to adjust the toe down frequency.

A complete makeover

The new design harks back to the riff master’s Seattle roots and features a distressed black finish which recalls the visual vibes of the Alice in Chains record Rainier Fog. A custom treadle design has been include based on Jerry’s own tribal orca tattoo, which was created by Coast Salish artist Joe Wilson. Alice In Chains fans will also appreciate the new bottom plate which features the full lyrics to the song “Rainier Fog” from the album of the same name. It’s also limited to 500 pieces so definitely not one to be missed.

Whether you’re a fan of Alice In Chains, or you want the tighter, darker sound from your wah with added control, you’ll find this Jerry Cantrell Cry Baby Wah extremely useful.
