To craft the Julia, Duesenberg opted to begin with a solid Mahogany core with a sound-chamber fitted to either side.

This kind of body results in a naturally warm, rich sound, that features incredible levels of natural sustain and resonance.

In addition to this, the set-in neck is shaped to offer a comfortable playing experience, whatever playstyle you prefer, and has been capped with a bound and PLEKed fingeerboard for good measure.

First off there#s the Domino P90 pickup in the neck position - a rough and creamy-sounding single coil that works perfectly with both clean and overdriven signals.

Sitting in the bridge position though is a Split/King dual coil, that produces both authentic single coil and humbucker tones, due to its innovative coil design.

As if that wasn#t enough, the Julia also has a DirectOut switch, that routes the bridge pickups signal directly to the output, resulting in untamed straightforwardness and dynamics.
