With the DiMarzio DP155, seen here with a White cover and Nickel pole pieces, you get a humbucker-style pickup that combines presence and "cut" with an open-sounding PAF-like vibe.
Ideal For Chops-Intensive Playstyles
Thanks to its transparent sound, the PAF Pro can slice through heavy processing with ease, without getting lost in the mud of the effects chain.
Lower tones have both snap and chunk, whilst there's a spike in the mid-range for a subtle sound that's reminiscent of a cocked-open "Wah" pedal, and the treble response has been tweaked for highs that stand out without being brittle.
