Custom-Designed Eminence Speakers

When it comes to loudspeakers and bass cabinets, the use of Neodymium has seen a huge increase in popularity in recent years.

Neodymium is the type of magnets used for the driver, and weighs approximately 50% less than other commonly-used materials, making it ideal for use in lightweight amps and cabs.

To put things into perspective: despite featuring two 12" speakers, this cab weighs in at only 19.7kg, but can confidently handle up to a huge 1000 Watts of power!

Lightweight Cabinet Design

Another key component in making this cabinet as lightweight as possible is the use of Pawlonia - a sustainable hardwood that combines great strength with low density.

Due to its unique nature, Pawlonia features incredibly resonant qualities which - when combined with its sturdy and lightweight nature - make it the perfect wood for a super low-weight cabinet solution.

This cabinet has been coated in a custom hard-wearing "carbon-fibre-style" Tolex, meaning it doesn't just look great, but it will survive life on the road for years to come.
