The Bricasti MC1 Dual Mono Master D/A Converter is a high-quality reference digital-to-analog converter designed for critical audio applications. It offers precise waveform recreation and aims to preserve the harmonic integrity of audio signals, resulting in transparent and lifelike sound reproduction.
Design and Performance
The MC1 features two completely isolated channels, each with its own dedicated linear power supply, D/A converter, DDS clocking, and analog circuitry. This design ensures minimal analog crosstalk and isolated power requirements.
The twin DAC design utilizes the stereo ADI 1955 D/A converter in a mono configuration, optimizing dynamic range for each channel.
Bricasti's proprietary filter technology is incorporated to achieve optimal results in a reference D/A converter.
