The Bricasti M10 Reverb Remote Console is a dedicated hardware remote controller designed for use with the Bricasti M7 stereo reverb processor.
It offers a simple and convenient way to control and interface with the M7, particularly in situations where multiple M7 units are being used or when precise adjustments are required in large mixing environments.
Bricasti M10 Reverb Remote Console Key Features
- Solid aluminum casing: The M10 is built with a custom milled solid aluminum casing and buttons, providing durability and a classic look.
- Controls multiple M7 units: The M10 can control from 1 to 8 M7 units, allowing for easy management of multiple reverbs.
- Simple connectivity: It connects to the first M7 unit using a standard RS422 serial interface with an R5422 9-pin serial cable (10-meter cable provided). Longer distances may require additional power sources.
- Serial "loop thru" capability: The M10 has a serial "loop thru" feature that allows for the connection of multiple M7 units in a daisy-chain configuration.
- Power supply: The M10 is powered directly from the connected M7 unit through the cable, eliminating the need for external power sources.
- Metering: It provides metering for 4 stereo pairs (8 meters) at a time, allowing for visual feedback and monitoring of multiple machines.
- Machine selection: The M10 has a dedicated Machine key that allows for easy switching between M7 units. It also offers control over more than two M7 units using the log wheel, numbered keys, and up/down keys.
- Familiar user interface: The M10 features the same clear and easy-to-read display and user interface as the M7, ensuring a seamless and familiar experience.
- Simultaneous control: The M10 allows for simultaneous control of the M7 from both the M7 unit's front panel and the M10 remote console, with a lockout feature to prevent conflicting adjustments.
- Setup key: The M10 includes a Setup key that provides access to local memory, configuration, and settings specific to the M10.
