Easy to assemble, saves space without sacrificing tone
So, you've put your first pedalboard together, and you're pleased with the outcome. Great stuff! This is the part where you realise that using cheaper patch leads for more than a couple of pedals could potentially harm your signal, leading to loss of clarity or even excess hiss: neither is ideal, especially not in a live setting. The trouble is, buying "the best" patch cables out there can often leave you out of pocket, sometimes costing more money each than a couple of hours at the pub.
Now, thanks to BOSS, these troubles are at an end. Not only that, but even if you've never made your own patch cables before, it doesn't matter: the BOSS patch cable kits are as easy as you could want.
This fully customisable system doesn't need you to do any messy soldering: simply cut the cable to the length you need, then attach a jack plug to each end and simply tighten the single ground screw on each connector. No cable stripping required either.
The compact, quarter-inch, bi-directional plugs have been engineered to allow either straight or right-angle connections, allowing you to play your pedals as close as 1cm apart! Additionally, the studio-grade cabling is manufactured from oxygen-free copper, and provides a quiet operation with lasting durability thanks to the high-grade braided shielding.
