Efficient, and Simple to Use
Whilst it may be true that many newer bass amplifiers/heads come equipped with headphone output sockets, that's usually not the case with high end or vintage amps that are designed for live performances.
Unfortunately this can cause a bit of a problem with the neighbours if the spark of inspiration hits you at 2am and you just HAVE to practice and record the bassline that's in your head.
With the Ashdown Phone-Box you have the ultimate solution to this problem,
Easy to Set Up
Simply set the Phone-Box up between your amp head and speaker, and away you go. This fantastic little box will act as a Headphone output, but it also features a 1/4" Line Out jack socket, along with a Balanced DI.
DI Box Functionality
As stated earlier, in addition to the Headphone use, the Ashdown Phone-Box can also be utilised as a DI box. Simply set the Phone Box up between the amp and speaker, then plug an XLR cable into the Balanced DI socket and connectit to an in-house PA or Mixer.
Studio Recording
You can also connect the "Balanced DI" socket to a studio mixer/audio interface, allowing you to record for as long as you like. The Phone-Box also allows you to use the Line Out and Headphone sockets at the same time, in addition to the Balanced DI Output, giving you plenty of options in both a live and studio setting.

Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
